Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Pest-Free Recipes sells digital products (ebooks in PDF format) that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of the immediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

2. Your Consent to Immediate Delivery

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) once delivery has begun. This means that once your ebook has been delivered to your email, you are no longer entitled to a withdrawal-based refund.

3. Technical Issues

We want every customer to receive what they paid for. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased ebook — for example:

please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase. We will promptly re-send the ebook or, if we are unable to resolve the issue, issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, contact us at [email protected] with your order details and we will refund any duplicate charge in full.

6. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
